Terms & Conditions of Service
These terms explain how the Safeonward service works and what you agree to when ordering a temporary flight reservation on safeonward.com.
Last updated: April 30, 2026
1. Scope of these terms
These terms govern the use of safeonward.com and the purchase of a temporary flight reservation provided under the Safeonward brand.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms before payment.
2. Exact nature of the service
Safeonward provides a temporary flight reservation intended to present an itinerary, proof of onward travel, or travel document when requested.
The document provided is not a final paid airline ticket for travel. It does not guarantee boarding rights, a visa, entry into a territory, or acceptance by an embassy, airline, check-in agent, or immigration authority.
Applicable rules vary depending on your nationality, destination, visa, airline, and personal situation. You must check the official requirements before ordering.
3. Information provided by the customer
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered during checkout, including names, dates, itinerary, airports, email address, number of passengers, and selected options.
An error in the information provided may make the reservation unusable. Corrections are not guaranteed after the document is generated and may depend on the selected option, the reservation status, and supplier constraints.
4. Price, currency, and payment
The total price, currency, and any paid options are displayed before payment confirmation.
Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. Safeonward does not store full payment card details.
Your order is processed only after payment has been effectively confirmed.
5. Delivery and timing
Safeonward is designed to deliver quickly, often in under 60 seconds when the information is valid and suppliers respond normally.
This timing is an operational target and not an absolute guarantee. Delays may occur because of pending payment, incomplete information, a technical issue, supplier unavailability, or manual review.
If we cannot deliver your reservation within a reasonable time, we may offer you the option to wait, change the itinerary, or cancel the order with a refund when the delivery failure comes from our service.
6. Validity, activation, and expiration
The reservation is temporary. Its validity period is shown during checkout or in the confirmation sent after payment.
If you choose delayed activation, you are responsible for activating the link within the stated time. An expired reservation, a reservation not activated in time, or a reservation used outside its validity period does not automatically qualify for a refund.
7. Immediate performance and withdrawal
When you click the payment button, you request that the service start immediately so the reservation can be generated and delivered quickly.
You acknowledge that once generation has started or the document has been delivered, the right to cancel or withdraw may be limited or lost where permitted by applicable law, because the service is personalized, dated, and performed quickly at your request.
This clause does not remove any mandatory rights you have under the law applicable to your situation.
8. Refunds
A refund may be granted if we charge your payment but cannot provide the reservation because of an internal Safeonward issue, if a payment is charged twice, or if a substantial error comes directly from our processing.
No refund is normally due when the reservation has been generated and delivered according to the information provided, when you entered incorrect information, when you change your mind, when your visa is refused, when an authority or airline refuses the document, or when the reservation expires because it was not used or activated in time.
Refund requests must be sent promptly with the order reference and a clear explanation. We may request verification details before processing the request.
9. Corrections and changes
Some corrections may be possible before or after generation depending on the reservation status, available suppliers, and the option purchased.
Safeonward may refuse a change that is impossible, too late, incompatible with supplier rules, or requires a completely new reservation.
10. Prohibited uses
You must not use the service to commit fraud, unlawfully bypass an immigration rule, impersonate another person, provide false information, or present the document in a misleading way.
We may refuse, suspend, or cancel an order if we detect abusive, fraudulent, illegal use or use contrary to these terms.
11. Limitation of liability
Safeonward is not responsible for decisions made by embassies, consulates, airlines, check-in agents, border authorities, or immigration services.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, travel expenses, tickets purchased, accommodation, visa applications, lost opportunities, or consequences linked to a third-party decision.
12. Personal data
We process the data necessary for the order, reservation generation, payment, support, and fraud prevention.
You must provide only accurate and necessary information. Full payment data is processed by payment providers and is not stored by Safeonward.
13. Support and complaints
For any question, complaint, or request related to an order, contact us through the contact page with your order reference, the email address used, and a precise description of the issue.
We make reasonable efforts to respond quickly, but no specific response time is guaranteed unless legally required.
14. Applicable law
These terms apply to the extent permitted by law. If one clause is found invalid, the other clauses remain applicable.
Mandatory consumer rights, when applicable, prevail over any conflicting clause.
